Il Dog Contest di Almo Nature ha visto una larghissima partecipazione: i lavori arrivati sono stati tanti e tutti diversissimi tra loro… la scelta non è stata facile!

Ma Almo Nature ha fatto la sua scelta e il vincitore è  Lisa Persson Baagøe, una pittrice di Göteborg, Svezia.

«Freezing a gesture, capturing a state of mind, that is what appeals to me.
I aim for a kind of obviousness in my paintings.
A calmness in the middle of chaos.
Almost everytime there appears a silhouette of a person.
Somebody is or has just been there, all alone or with others.
I wonder what those people are doing there.
Or are they merely memories and thoughts that somehow got stuck on my canvas?
That is a lovely ongoing mystery».
